Student Cookbook - Finding the Best One

If you're in the great world of college right now, your goal is to probably save money while in your dorm room. One of the best ways to save while going to college is simply by cooking your own meal. If you don't know how to cook, that's fine, because anyone can follow a cookbook! I wanted to show you how you can find the best cookbook for your dorm room, and how you can take advantage of cooking cheap, yet healthy meals.

Find the reviews: The Internet is loaded with reviews. Use sites like Amazon and Half to find the best cookbook for yourself. The book doesn't necessarily have to be designed for a college student, but it would help you get one that is.

How many recipes? You don't want to buy a recipe book that has 20 recipes, because that will get old quick. You will want to get one that has at least 75+. The more you have, the better it will be for you when it's time to find a good dinner choice.

Keep it simple: The reason you want to find a cookbook for a student is because most of the recipes in the book will be simple, yet affordable. You don't want to cook shrimp and filet mignon for yourself, because that would cost a fortune, and chances are, you won't have the means of doing so!

These three tips alone should help you find the best cookbook for yourself while attending college. Apply these tips, and see what kind of books you can find.

Find a student cookbook, as well as cooking tips all on my college blog at FINDcollegecards.
